Continuous Domains in Formal Concept Analysis*

چکیده

Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) has been proven to be an effective method of restructuring complete lattices and various algebraic domains. In this paper, the notion contractive mappings over formal contexts is proposed, which can viewed as a generalization interior operators on sets into framework FCA. Then, by considering subset-selections consistent with mappings, notions attribute continuous concepts are introduced. It shown that set context forms domain, every domain restructured in way. Moreover, F-morphisms identified produce category equivalent domains Scott functions. The paper also investigates representations subclasses including stably semilattices.

Formal Concept Analysis and Resolution in Algebraic Domains — Preliminary Report

We relate two formerly independent areas: Formal concept analysis and logic of domains. We will establish a correspondene between contextual attribute logic on formal contexts resp. concept lattices and a clausal logic on coherent algebraic cpos. We show how to identify the notion of formal concept in the domain theoretic setting. In particular, we show that a special instance of the resolution...

Scalability in Formal Concept Analysis

Formal Concept Analysis is a symbolic learning technique derived from mathematical algebra and order theory. The technique has been applied to a broad range of knowledge representation and exploration tasks in a variety of domains. Most recorded applications of formal concept analysis deal with a small number of objects and attributes, in which case the complexity of the algorithms used for ind...

Typed Formal Concept Analysis

Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) appears to be ideal for interpreting data in domains that are a-priori unstructured. In our research we focus on complex contexts with very large and rapidly changing numbers of real-world objects – for instance, data generated on-line and tracking real-time contexts in transport, enterprise warehousing, manufacturing control or social networking activities on the ...
